BOOKING
To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your appointment 2 weeks in advance. For those of you restricted to evenings and weekend appointments we recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the time you require.
However we do always endeavour to be flexible by opening early and closing late where possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Here at Em. J's your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with.
We kindly request at least 48hrs notice for all amendments, including cancellations or rebooking, to ensure we have the time needed to offer these spaces to other clients. Without notice you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee or an upfront deposit policy required for future appointments.
SKIN TEST
